Talybont is situated just outside Cardiff City Centre and is approximately 1 mile from the city centre.

Accommodation is provided at a cost of £25 full board 

Accommodation and facilities at this venue are as follows:

• All rooms are single en-suite
• Each flat has a fully fitted kitchen/dining area
• All bedrooms have a fitted wardrobe, desk space, shelves and chair
• All bedrooms are provided with bed linen and towels
• Tea/coffee making facilities available in each kitchen and replenished daily
• Wifi will be available to guests free of charge.
• Free car parking
• Please note, televisions or radios will not be provided

Catering

2 course meal will be served in the Social Centre from 18:00-20:00

A full cooked and continental breakfast will be served in the Social Centre from 06:30- 8:30

Packed lunches can be picked-up after breakfast.

A meeting room within the Social Centre (CJ’s) will be open 24 hours.

Registration

Keys are available for collection after 15:00.

The reception at Talybont (Southgate House) is open from 08:00 until 22:00 on Friday.

If any guests are arriving at any other time please contact us so alternative arrangements can be made.

Please note that there are no lifts in the residential building therefore, if any guests have any special requirements or require assistance vacating the building in the case of fire alarm activation, please let us know.

On the day of departure rooms should be vacated by 10:00 unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with reception.
