Gemau Cymru will arrange free transport for competitors from the following locations:

- 09:00  Bangor (Tesco extra)

- 11:00 Wrexham (General Train Station)

- 14:00 Builth Wells (Burger King)

- 16:00 ETA Cardiff

Return journey will be provided  Saturday afternoon / evening (approx. 17:00) after competing, in following order

- Cardiff

- Builth Wells

- Wrexham

- Bangor

Register for transport on the online registration application.

Any additional sporting equipment must be noted when registering. Gemau Cymru will not be accountable for any lost or damaged luggage.
