Gemau Cymru is a multi-sport event for young people in Wales. It is to take place across two weekends in 2019 in Bala and Cardiff.

Gemau Cymru focuses on a variety of different competitive elements. The sports receive support from their relevant Governing Body, and follow their own structure in terms of the selection process. 

THE GAMES VISION

The Vision for Gemau Cymru is to inspire the young people of Wales to continue their learning and development as athletes and citizens.  Gemau Cymru is the bilingual signature event for young people in the Welsh sporting calendar, enhancing Welsh sporting pathways. 

Gemau Cymru gives talented young people a positive experience of an inclusive multi-sport event through relevant sports competition and an athlete village.
